On April 12, 13 & 14, 2010, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily (registration on the first day starts at 7:30 a.m.), we'll produce our seminar to help you pass the Florida State Specific Professional Surveying & Mapping Licensing Exams at the:
Since you are personally responsible for your sleeping room charges, we have negotiated a sleeping room rate for you (single or double occupancy with two double beds) of $55.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Be sure to tell the hotel that you are registering for the "LSS SEMINARS RATE" to get the negotiated rate. We suggest that you arrange to check in on Sunday evening, April 11, 2010, so that you'll be rested and ready to start first thing in the morning on Monday. Our course has raised our graduate's average pass rate to a level far above that of the other examinees and we're still aiming at a 100% pass rate. This seminar is devoted to law and other specifics relating to the State PSM section of the exam and includes an important MTS checklist (the Board tells us that MTS is 60% of the grade for the essay examination).
Our seminar is especially effective when taken immediately before the exam; and, since the Board of Registration doesn't notify you whether you'll be allowed to take the exam until the last moment, we'll gladly refund your registration totally or credit you as paid in full for the October, 2009 seminar if the Board doesn't give you permission to take the April, 2009, exam.
Class starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. daily. You're on your own for lunch. There is a restaurant in or near the hotel. Study groups are formed and encouraged nightly after the seminar.
The registration fee for the three-day seminar is $595.00. Students who elect not to stay at the seminar hotel for the entire seminar pay an additional $50.00. Refunds or Rain Checks for the October, 2009 Exam Prep Seminar will only be made to those persons who produce written documentation that they've been informed by the Board that they'll not be allowed to take the April, 2009, exam.
